At Crafted Woodies, we handcraft each toy with care and want to ensure it arrives at your doorstep safely and in a timely manner. This policy outlines our shipping and handling processes.

1. Processing Time: The Craftsmanship Behind the Scenes
Please note that our products are made-to-order or hand-finished. This means each item is prepared, sanded, and finished specifically for your order.

Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after placement.

Custom/Personalized Orders: Orders that include engraving or customization require additional time. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for processing.

During High Demand: Processing times may extend during peak holiday seasons. Any expected delays will be prominently announced on our website.
Processing time is separate from and in addition to the shipping transit time detailed below.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We are looking to expand internationally in the future.
3. Shipping Options & Rates
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping speed you select.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or due to weather events.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number once your purchase is complete. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number to see the status and location of your shipment.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at craftedwoodiesweb@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. If it has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
6. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We also proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses for our military families overseas. Please allow for extended transit times for these deliveries.
7. Damaged in Shipment
Your package is important to us. Every Crafted Woodies product is carefully packaged to withstand the rigors of shipping.

Inspect Your Package: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the shipping box appears severely damaged, note this upon receipt if possible.

Report Damage Immediately: If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at craftedwoodiesweb@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
8. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

Undeliverable: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the new shipping label.

Lost in Transit: If a tracking number shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household members and neighbors. Then, contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number. If the package cannot be located, contact us, and we will open a investigation with the shipping carrier.
9. International Shipping & Customs
We currently do not offer international shipping. As a small business, navigating international customs, duties, and taxes is complex. This is something we hope to offer in the future.
